“My toilet was clogged and water was backing up into the tub. Apartment Maintenance worked for hours and did their best to get it somewhat better, but when they didn't have the tools to completely fix the problem, they called 1-Tom-Plumber. It was a Friday evening and I was given a window of 5p - 7p. Austin and John from 1-Tom-Plumber arrived with their equipment at 5:10pm (covering their shoes so they wouldn't track anything through the apartment). By 5:30pm they were finished, all was cleaned up and the toilet was flushing as it should. Not only were they efficient, but they were super nice (and even got to know my little dog). I highly recommend this company (and Austin and John)!“

“I've had Jeremy with Jim the Plumber come out on two occasions recently for two fairly in depth jobs. I am so happy with their work and pricing! The first job was a complete replacement of our natural gas lines. They stayed late to get it done in one day so we could have Duke come out and restore our service later that night. The second job we had done was a water heater replacement with new venting and additional natural gas line installation. Jeremy does super clean work and everything always looks very neat and organized at the end. They do a great job of explaining everything they need to do. Originally recommended by my mom, and also through the Pleasant Ridge Facebook group. There's a reason they are consistently so highly recommended! Will continue to use for all plumbing needs!“
