Shawn Crank came out today to evaluate our sump pump system. He was fantastic! His knowledge and expertise helped me decide which new system was right for us. It was originally a service call, but, he was able to get the new system installed in just a couple of hours. I love that Nixco Plumbing is easy to schedule online with same day service options. This is a very professional company. Jared arrived on time and is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained the repair throughly. I’m very impressed with the stellar customer service I received. These folks know what they are doing. I hope that I don’t need them again but when I need a plumber they are the first people I will be calling. Great company with excellent customer service 5 stars from me
