“First time going to an urgent care facility in Ohio. All I have to say is Wow the positive reviews are not lying. I was skeptical at first but going in is where you get the real experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. I did my check in process and was brought back to be seen. The doctor was very warm and attentive and made sure I had my medication sorted out with my insurance. He called me several times to keep me in the loop of everything. Service like this restore my faith in the Healthcare system. I recommend this practice 100 % that you for caring for your patients the way you do. ❤️“

“I had an ear infection before coming to visit my parents and felt like it hasn't gotten any better, so I decided to go to the minute clinic to have it looked at. They've really improved since the last time I went to one. Usually, there's a two hour wait which is a pain. Now, you can hold your place in line online and show up when it's close to your turn. It said to be there by 2:30 and I probably had to wait 15 minutes once I got there, but that's still way better than before. Unfortunately, they couldn't really help me and said I would have to go to a doctor, but at least I didn't waste much time.“

“I have been sick for a while now and have visited the ExpressCare multiple times and they are extremely kind and caring. You get in and out exactly what you want from ExpressCare. I am grateful to live near a facility that I can quickly be seen and discharged for minor illnesses that sometimes you can’t get an appointment for or You will sit for 10 to 12 hours in an emergency room. It is a great resource for our neighborhood“
