The entire staff was very friendly and professional from check in to check out. Although I don’t want to be sick again, I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone who need a quick fix and not the ER
I went to WellNow on Rockside and Turney on 3/16/24, for a lab test. I walk with a cane and the staff, especially the nurse/technician, kindly helped me with registration and taking my sample. They have tablets that you can sit and register on, instead of having to stand. The nurse was so polite and personable, realizing I had a disability and did everything she could to make it as easy and convenient as possible. The desk staff was very helpful when I called to find the hours of operation which were till 2pm on Saturday but she made sure to tell me I had to check in by 1pm. Great experience!
Very helpful and kind also straight to the point . This place was clean as well and many stores around if you need to run errands . And get medicine from Walgreens across the street .
