Granted, I reserved a spot for my daughter online before hand and when we got there, they took my daughter, her twin sister who also was sick and my husband all at once. The PA we saw was kind, courteous, and thorough in her exam and very good with my girls. I'm thankful for the team at Brunswick and trust their care.“
“My experience with UH urgent care yesterday was really great, they took very good care of me. I was super sick and in a lot of pain and they were timely and very thorough in my exam, the doctors and nurses and staff were very professional and yet still caring. They asked how other family members were feeling as well, my son is in the hospital, and they just seemed to care about my well being, and my family too. I don’t go to any other urgent care anymore, always UH. Even when they’re pretty busy they do a good job of not making people wait for hours. They really do the best they can. I appreciate this from an urgent care clinic. They don’t waste your time and exams have always been thorough.“

They took the time to make sure I was fully aware and comfortable with everything going on and they really seemed compassionate.
