First time going to an urgent care facility in Ohio. All I have to say is Wow the positive reviews are not lying. I was skeptical at first but going in is where you get the real experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. I did my check in process and was brought back to be seen. The doctor was very warm and attentive and made sure I had my medication sorted out with my insurance. He called me several times to keep me in the loop of everything. Service like this restore my faith in the Healthcare system. I recommend this practice 100 % that you for caring for your patients the way you do. ❤️

This place is full of exceptional caregivers!!! Especially the morning ladies that always make the patients laugh! Kay, Tee, and DeeThe best urgent care in Euclid for in and out care!!! Awesome

I always have a good experience when I come here. Dr. Tawana and the staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Unlike most urgent cares the wait time isn’t long and you’re in and out. I definitely would recommend coming here .If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
