Went for a tooth infection that could not wait for an available dentist to receive antibiotics and was treated like I was there just for pain meds. I didn’t even ask, if anything I stated that I didn’t need any pain medication because I have Tylenol at home and that will work with antibiotics. The NP was rude and rushed me out, wouldn’t listen to me and kept talking about how they couldn’t prescribe me any pain meds other than Tylenol, which I kept saying I was not there for. The nurses that did my intake and my triage were fantastic and very kind, one even went to the other side of the building to get me an ice pack, hence 2 stars.

The front desk girl had the worst attitude. She asked me to make sure my mask stayed above my nose, all the while hers was under her nose, and she was speaking with another employee about personal issues, before acknowledging me while I stood there for 3 minutes. Her level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, she and everyone that behaves in this matter should be severely disciplined until this rude behavior halts perminanalty.The young lady that took my blood pressure ect display very professional behavior, she was polite and compassionate, exactly what a person that isn't feeling well want. I did compliment her on her professionalism etc..

Went there at 10 am, ended up leaving 2pm. Detail: It was just me and another woman waiting for the express care. There were 6 nurses hanging out in the reception and chatting about their personal lives with each other. I’m never coming back there again.
