I was feeling not the greatest today so I stopped in UH Urgent Care in Mayfield Heights. I had a great experience. Marvin was nice and got me through the triage. Diane the PA , looked after me with kindness and care. Turns out to be nothing serious, but worthy of a check-in. I was in/out within an hour. Thanks for the great service. 💐😊

I had a fine experience today at Urgent Care. From start to finish I was there about an hour and a half. The tech that checked me in and the doctor that saw me were both great. I was very satisfied with my care. I did observe that they seem to be very understaffed on the weekend. That should be corrected ASAP. The staff at the location were working as fast and efficiently as they could. But they clearly could use more help.
