In less than one hour, Dr. Darejeh ran tests and diagnosed my kidney infection and discussed follow-up care. I bought my medicines right there instead of waiting in line at the drug store. Kudos to Mayfield Hts UH Urgent Care!

Made an appointment online and was taken almost immediately upon arrival. Checked in at the front desk wall paperwork and payments were handled quickly and efficiently. I was seen by a physician assistant what was an unknown skin disorder on my right inside arm. It was determined that it was either poison oak or poison ivy. And was given a prescription for the itching and was advised if it kept on spreading to come back for a follow-up. But that the rash and the redness and the bumps would take a couple weeks to actually go away. I went to UC for a stye in my eye that became infected. My Dr. was not available so I was referred to go here. The sign in was a breeze as I was greeted by a lady with a big smile. My wait time was short, maybe 10 minutes. The NP who took care of me was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She asked me a few questions about my history with antibiotics and recommended an oral and an ointment. I'm fairly confident this will do the trick as this stye has been lingering for far too long.
