Walk In Urgent Care

Today I took my kids there because of his fever and cough. I was amazed about the service I received. It's far beyond my expectation. I didn't wait long at all even though the office at the time was actually pretty busy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were super helpful. The whole process started from patient registration, covid/flu test, nurse check up, doctor's visit, to sending prescription to pharmacy, it didn't take long at all. Doctor and nurse explained to us in details about the cause, current stage and the treatment. The Walk in Urgent Care is super efficient. I wish staffs in the Walk in Urgent Care have a great holiday season!

My experience was quite positive. I was seen quickly and did not feel dismissed, ignored, disrespected or rushed in any way. Karen is incredible. Her warmth, kindness, professionalism and good humour really make a difference when you are not feeling well.

Honestly, the best urgent care I've ever been to, and I feel like I've been to a lot of them. Short wait times, nice waiting room and care rooms, the staff are patient and do everything they can to help you and make you comfortable, and overall it makes having to go to an urgent care not so bad. Dr. Becker, Tammy, and Diana are reliably great and helpful.
