After visiting the ER and being prescribed the wrong medication I visited Dr Cruz at urgent care and she was so helpful in getting me the right prescriptions and explaining everything.
I’ve been going to this urgent care center for years. Usually I can get in and out pretty quickly as they are never too crowded.The staff was attentive, and took care of my needs. Thanks for being an available resource when needed.
When we arrived there was no one in the waiting room, approximately 3:00pm. I had cut two fingers pretty badly with a circular saw and was bleeding pretty bad. Obviously they were throbbing pretty bad, and the 25 minutes we waited to get in, seemed unreasonable for no one in the waiting room. After that, everything was very good, Latoya, the medical assistant was outstanding, and Dr. Chheda was equally outstanding. I needed 12 stitches total with Dr Chheda and Latoya always concerned about the pain. They were very thorough and Dr. Chheda was very instructive in follow up issues. Aside from the initial wait, they did a great job.
