The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work. They were very nice to work with and showed considerable flexibity and patience in working with my Homeowner Insurance Company. Would readily use them again as needed, I almost want to cry, because the company just didn't just treat me like any customer, more like family, even though they weren't, and was very emotional of happiness, because I thought I never get my house back in order the way it was before, and Dan definitely made it possible, it even looks better than before, I love their work!. ? ?❤️“

“The technicians from Gorjanc arrived as scheduled and right on time. They were very respectful of my property—wearing shoe covers and laying down runners to protect the carpet. Both Dustin and Joseph worked diligently throughout the day, not even taking time off for lunch. At times, one stayed inside, and the other worked outside, but they communicated well with each other. Later in the day they were joined by Jordan. It was a huge job, and they spent almost 10 hours here, but we’re determined to have everything completed that day. They were always pleasant, courteous, and respectful. I’m not even sure how they so quickly disposed of the old furnace and air conditioner, but it was done smoothly with no mess left behind. When the installation was completed, they showed me everything they had done and answered all of my questions without rushing. Furnaces never break down at a convenient time, but this team made the process as hassle free as possible. I am very pleased with my decision and grateful for such good service.“

He mentioned that my water heater was a fairly old model, and I asked him some questions about lifespan and potential issues that could arise. Turns out my water heater was well over 20 years old, and was very likely nearing the end of its life. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models. I ended up selecting one of the models and he happened to be the technician who installed the new unit. Once again, I was impressed with his work quality, professional style, and thoughtful customer service. Definitely recommend V&EH for their products and service.“
