Our Heat pump died. Bill gave us all our options without pushing us in any one direction. Worked with us on financing. Jim was great on the install. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations? ?

The evening of December 1 (Thursday) our 1989 model furnace died. We called LK because we'd used them on a couple service calls in recent years and because I'm familiar with the good work they do for the N.O. City Schools. Well, my wife explained that she has COPD and cannot tolerate cold temperatures. She asked if they could help us out ASAP. And they sure did! They went above and beyond. The crew started Friday and finished the new furnace installation Saturday morning. Thanks to Bill, Bob, Jim, Travis, Conner, and the office staff. They were there for us when we needed them. I woke up this morning to no heat at 730am. I called LK immediately and they sent out a tech by 8:30am. The repair guy Mike was phenomenal, took his time explaining what he was checking and why. He was able to determine it was a switch and was easily repaired. The pricing was extremely fair. I look forward to using LK for all of my HVAC needs.Service: Heating system repair
