“I need 5 more stars to rate my experience at Westmed. Dr Auerbach Amazing **********taking the time to provide all the information for the procedure and after, he care about the Patient. Staff was very profesional and cordial. The best experience I have ever had.“

“We have been going there since the office opened. It's easy to make an appointment and walk-ins are a breeze. We took a break for about a year or so, strictly due to our insurance coverage (former insurance billed visits as out-of-network).
Everyone is always professional and friendly. The doctors and nurses have great bedside manners and are attentive to children and parent concerns.
The offices are always clean with ample seating for busy days. You can always opt to sit in your car (there IS parking!) and will be alerted when you are next in the queue when they are busy.
Overall, we have not had a bad experience.“

“every time I went there, I had a good experience with them my son too. He was polite respectful you could ask him questions and answer it. Some day was good never had no problems so how about they do call me up about test results and I could get in contact with them if I need them to change the medication and they do it right away, so I never had a bad experience. I just wanna know why you’re closed today.“

And most of us already know the issues before we even go in. Dr. Torres is not just a doctor but a human being. Was seen before my actual appointment time. “After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical. Lo and behold an hour later I get a phone call from the owner of the facility who also owns 8 to 12 other urgent care facilities. He was very concerned about the issue at hand and he assured me that he would take care of it at first I just assumed it was lip service but then he actually did he went out of his way to make an appointment to have my stepson taking care of and his physical done. He kept in constant contact with us until it was taken care of and he really showed concern and empathy for our situation. He did not have to do that he could have just left things alone and let us figure it out on our own but he went the extra mile and for that we are extremely grateful. I highly recommend this facility and any others that are owned by this doctor. My wife myself and my stepson are extremely grateful to him for taking care of us this man is one in a million thanks again“

“Mohammed provided excellent customer service—very attentive, informative, and thorough throughout my visit. He clearly explained each step of the process and the reasoning behind his recommendations, which helped me feel reassured about my injury from the fall. He made sure I understood why an X-ray was necessary to confirm everything was okay and even referred me to a nearby location for the X-ray. Overall, I felt well taken care of and appreciate his professionalism and support.“

“I won’t pretend it wasn’t a long wait, and many others consistently complained in the waiting room, but once I was in the doctor and assistant were attentive, did multiple tests and made sure I felt good with next steps. I don’t feel good today and they took care of me. That’s truly all I needed.

“Doctor's offices put you off for 2 weeks or a month and hospitals shouldn't be used for sinus infections or sprains or coughs and testing for flu. Urgent Care is a great alternative“

“My Urgent Care debut went very well. I arrived at around 8pm on Tuesday. I was told at reception that the wait was approximately 2hours, but it ended up with 1 hour.
Stayed for 2 hours total, 1h for waiting, 1hour for treatment.
Lots of patients waiting ahead and after I checked in. Babies, kids, elderly people… many generations
People need this place.

Update: I needed to come back after 10days for follow up. Since it was afternoon, there was no line.
Staffs were different but they were as friendly as at the first visit.

Andrew Liang promptly fulfilled my medical request and now I'm on my way to complete healing recovery from a 7+ month long misdiagnosed eczema for what is now widespread external ringworm breakout on/or throughout 20% of my body in multiple locations, that was still spreading with limited symptom relief from first medical professionals viking-like diagnosed treatment! ..I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, the customer service ladies promptly and warmly greeted me immediately upon entry, clean waiting area, completed brief paperwork, assigned an exam room, vitals, consultation, exam, then directed to the nearest pharmacy. ...
