I have been treated a few times at Formé. The staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
The last few times, while there awaiting COVID testing, I saw patience and compassion by the staff with some of the patients who were lacking comprehension of procedure. Also patients are seen quickly.

They returned my call requesting to speak to a doctor 1.5 months after I put in the request! That is ridiculous. Thank God it wasn't a medical emergency. My initial visit was fine and the doctor was nice, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. But, after 3-4 days of taking the steroids and antibiotics I was prescribed, I didn't feel any better. I called to ask to speak to the doctor. I was told she would call me within a couple of days. No call, so I called back to follow up. I got the same response. Still no call from the doctor.
