Urgent Care of Westchester is an outstanding facility with excellent doctors. It is clean, efficient, and provides fast service, with patients attended to almost immediately. Even during busy times, patients can be seen by a doctor without long waits. The doctors, including Dr. Pitsios and Dr. Provenzano, are super cheerful, engaging, and respectful, showcasing excellent bedside manner and paying close attention to individual needs. The staff is very sweet and welcoming, making it comforting to know this facility is available 7 days a week. The low staff turnover rate builds confidence in the care provided, and the medical staff is consistently praised as top-notch.

Just came from office visit. Dr Picsios and his team were incredible. He has a wonderful bedside manner and you can tell he loves helping people.He let me ask many questions and answered them all in depth. His nurse that took my vitals and history, as well as the front desk staff was also top notch. Wonderful experience, thank you Dr Picsios. So happy to have this urgent care in my neighborhood ,but honestly, it’s worth driving far for such quality of care.
