Urgent Care of Westchester is an outstanding facility with excellent doctors. It is clean, efficient, and provides fast service, with patients attended to almost immediately. Even during busy times, patients can be seen by a doctor without long waits. The doctors, including Dr. Pitsios and Dr. Provenzano, are super cheerful, engaging, and respectful, showcasing excellent bedside manner and paying close attention to individual needs. The staff is very sweet and welcoming, making it comforting to know this facility is available 7 days a week. The low staff turnover rate builds confidence in the care provided, and the medical staff is consistently praised as top-notch.
This urgent care is excellent. The doctors and staff care about there patients. I went in today and as usual the medical services are thorough and you leave with with proper care.
