I was able to view my cat on the web cam and watch her as often as I could. The stay was less stressful on her and the attention they gave her made her feel like she never left home. “I have a diabetic senior dog who is on a very regimented schedule for feeding and insulin. For the past 5 months, I've had to hand-feed her meals 3x a day to ensure she could receive her insulin doses. This process became unattainable and very stressful, so I reached out to Frank at Behavior Plus for advice. He offered an assortment of suggestions - adding specific products to her meals to entice her, removing metal bowls from her feeding, adding in a treat/reward approach during feeding times, etc. He also suggested her actions may be related to behavior issues and associating the kibble with pain. We made the changes Frank offered and now our dog is eating on her own for the first time in months! Big thanks to Frank and his team at BPDT - their compassion for pets (and their human parents) are like no other. I am forever grateful for his time and expertise in getting my dog back to her normal self.“

“As a professional certified trainer and AKC Evaluator, I see many dog handlers and professional walkers. Most of them I almost can't watch as they pay no attention to their pack. These ladies are proper handlers, love dogs and are super conscientious. The only reason I would consider offering board and train is because I will trust these ladies to properly keep the dogs while they are in a board & train two-week protocol. I know that not only are they seasoned dog people, but they love what they do!“

He thought me how to teach my puppy with positive reinforcement and although training is quite a long process, results are already visible. “I can't say enough good things about Doggy Deuce. They came recommended to me. I was so nervous to leave our dog for the first time. The owner Chris came to our house before hand to meet your fur baby. Mylo was immediately comfortable with him. Chris is beyond knowledgeable and pretty much interviewed me. “The staff was kind, but did run into some minor issues, including a missed visit (I called and the visit was immediately covered by another associate). Overall, throughout the majority of the visits I would say that Randi and her team did a wonderful job. Communication was great, and she ensured I was happy with the services. I would recommend the services, but would add, making sure you clearly communicate the needs of the pets, times, walks, and expectations to the extent possible. Again, overall good, I will use the service again!“

“River Pet is such a wonderful place. My mini poodle has been going there since he was 5 months old, and he absolutely loves it. They take great care of him, and he plays well with dogs of all sizes. We moved away briefly, and I just knew I had to get my baby back to his puppy friends and the people who care for him closely while I work. The staff is so nice, and I love that it is connected to a vet. Keep up the great work River Pet!“

“Everyone’s experience is different, but the super attentive Doctors here have saved my male cat (that’s susceptible to UTIs) life, for sure. Cannot recommend them enough. Your pet is in good hands here. If you see reviews saying “they charged me x and I was surprised”, just call ahead.“
