Happy Cat Hotel & Spa Westchester

I consider my cat's breed a scaredy cat...she is very timid. Well she needed to be groomed so I drove an hour to get her groomed at Happy Cat Hotel in Westchester. They took so good care of her and she looks and feels fantastic!

We are very happy with the services and care that happy Cat Hotel & Spa provide for our cat, Jinx. Everyone on the staff are caring, supportive and understanding. During our cat's recent stay there, I sent the staff numerous emails with questions and requests to move things around in the room and they were all very responsive to my emails and made the adjustments to the set up in the room (I love the webcam feature, it is worth the extra cost which is minimal). Many thanks to the caring and very patient(!) team at Happy Cat Hotel & Spa Westchester.

Exceptional care was used with my fur baby. He is a rescue and I was concerned he thought that he was going back to the shelter so I had concerns about taking him anywhere that had that vibe. This couldn’t be farther from that. His room was large and spacious and he got interaction and playtime with the workers who also sent me daily photos! I could not recommend this more. I am happy to have found a place for him should my husband and I need to be away. I also used the grooming service which trimmed his nails. Thank you!
