107 W 86th St #14D, New York“I can't recommend Deanne enough. 4 months ago, I adopted a 5-month old puppy who had no prior training and severe leash reactivity to both dogs and people. Through working with Deanne, he now has a strong foundation in training and can walk through busy NYC streets with few issues. He also LOVES Deanne and her training sessions. Her love for dogs is so evident. Deanne focuses not only on dog training, but also on giving owners the tools they need to continue training in between sessions. She writes detailed summaries with instructions on how to progress further, and I have learned so much about dog training and behavior through her, even as a lifetime dog owner. Deanne uses a science-backed positive reinforcement approach which has been great in helping my nervous rescue pup build confidence. She constantly continues her learning through research and courses, and her passion for dogs shines through in her training. I feel so lucky to have found Deanne!“

Will certainly get them again anytime I am in the NJ/NYC area. Very fast at responding to messages, very polite and kind, incredibly reasonable price, and my little boy seemed so happy when I picked him up!“
“This is an amazing activity center for dogs and their owners. We have been taking nose work classes here for 10 months and really enjoyed the experience. The nose work really helped our dog to cope with anxiety, she learned how to find various orders and became more confident. The trainers are great and professional. Thank you Andrea and Niki!“

122 Hopper Ave, Waldwick“Tanner's is Finn's FAVORITE place to be when not at home!! He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. Thank you Tanner's for providing my dog with such a wonderful experience!!“

181 E 111th St, New York“I have a 3 year old Maltese that I brought to Instinct about 6 months after I got him. He did 2 weeks of the Board and Train program with Oyuki and the progress made in 2 weeks was phenomenal. She worked with him on his reactivity and instead of taking 2-3 minutes to recover after seeing another dog, it now takes 30 seconds or less. Oyuki was also really great in providing me with resources to continue his training after those 2 weeks and the at-home training sessions really helped to bridge the gap between camp and home. I cannot recommend Instinct and Oyuki enough. She has worked wonders for my Marli.“

The owner Chris came to our house before hand to meet your fur baby. Mylo was immediately comfortable with him. Chris is beyond knowledgeable and pretty much interviewed me. I felt confident this was the place I'd build a long lasting relationship with. Mylo came home this morning, happy (and groomed) Thank you fir taking the best care of our pup.“

My cat is extremely anxious at the clinic, but the staff and vet treated Sweety with love. I was surprised with how calm she was. They also called me the next day with bloodwork results and to check up on her, which was really nice and quick! I'll definitely be bringing my pets here.“

I love love love the outdoor classes, the dogs are exposed each other and to people in a natural environment.Pet store classes are okay, but invest a little more so you & your dog will truly enjoy the experience while you learn and improve with Frank and his team.“
