Trainers are described as awesome, super patient, clear, and knowing what they're doing. They are great with animals and humans, making keen observations and offering excellent insight. Dogs adore the trainers, and incredible improvements in behavior are seen quickly. Trainers are knowledgeable about animal behavior and loving with the dogs.
Our rescue Archie was reactive on the leash and was not consistent in his recall. In NYC this was extremely dangerous. After completing the reactive dog training we saw our Archie for the first time. The root of his reactivity was in the fact he didn't know where to focus. We continued with training with scent work and agility to provide him with focus and skill. The classes were fun and the group we were in all became friends. It's nice to have a dog community on the UWS. Dr. H brought science based training and vocabulary that is here to stay in our home. A great place for dogs and their people.
Pepe is an awesome trainer. Getting a puppy is always overwhelming but hiring Pepe was the best decision I have made. He thought me how to teach my puppy with positive reinforcement and although training is quite a long process, results are already visible. And most of all I now know how to continue to teach my dog using positive reinforcement.

He helped my dog so much—super patient, clear, and really know what they’re doing. Milo picked things up fast and actually enjoyed the sessions. Totally recommend if you want a trainer who gets real results and cares about your dog.
