Based on the reviews, River Pet Resort & Rehab is a wonderful place for pets. The staff is very nice, friendly, and kind. The manager is kind and insightful. Dr. Zelinski is amazing with animals and helped a cat return to a regular glucose level, making a complete remission. She also helped an elderly dog with rehab therapy for severe arthritis and hind leg strength, with very pleasing results. The facility is fantastic. It is connected to a vet, which is a great feature. The daycare is good, though dogs stay from 8 am to 7:30-8 pm with a single walk at noon. It is a lovely place to board pets and is very highly recommended.
River Pet made getting our travel certificate completely stress-free! Navigating international pet travel bureaucracy is a nightmare, but their team handled it with absolute excellence. A huge shoutout to Estiene, whose warmth, professionalism, and reassuring smile made a world of difference during a super stressful process. Highly recommend!
River Pet is such a wonderful place. My mini poodle has been going there since he was 5 months old, and he absolutely loves it. They take great care of him, and he plays well with dogs of all sizes. We moved away briefly, and I just knew I had to get my baby back to his puppy friends and the people who care for him closely while I work. The staff is so nice, and I love that it is connected to a vet. Keep up the great work River Pet!
I only use the daycare. I think they’re good. My only challenge is that my dog can get there at 8 am. They walk him at 12 but he stays until 7:30-8:00pm and you have to pay if you want extra walk.
