Best clinic especially for bully breeds. My Rottweiler is so beloved by the staff and treated so kindly by everyone. Staff is so understanding of rescues and they have a limit for how much stress they put on a dog: my dog had a nasty ear infection that went unnoticed for months at the shelter and they only tried 3 times before seeing she was getting incredibly stressed, then allowed decompression time, skipped the more hands on steps to reduce stress and went for less invasive measures. After years of searching for the right vet, I finally found one at Heart of Harlem. I walked in worried that Lemon had a UTI because she stopped using her litter box, but left with peace of mind after learning it was simply a behavioral issue. Apparently, Lemon had decided that sharing a litter box with her sister was beneath her, because cats always have their reasons!
I appreciated the team's kindness, thoroughness, and transparency, including providing an itemized estimate before any services were performed.
Thank you, Jasmine, Daphney, Franco, Dr. Sola, and the entire staff for taking such great care of Lemon and me.
