“It pays to talk to the technicians. They didn’t technically “solve” the issue but they found that there was not a typical clog and talked to me about what the next steps might be. Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities. Because of the adjustments he made in the tank and the removal of the impediment, the toilet now flushes better than ever.“

First consult the rep showed me the scope of damage, went over their process and showed before and after photos of other jobs. Quote came in far lower than competitors who were pushy for us to sign contracts before they would even talk to our insurance. They were scheduled a few weeks out, but once they got out here, they started at 7:30am and were pulling the excavator off my lawn by noon. Was paid and completely done by 1pm.
