Jim Ando Plumbing is a family-owned and operated company based in Buffalo. Zach has been great to work with, providing quality work and explaining everything in detail. He answered all questions and explained the process to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. Zach installed a hose bib and shut off valve, was a pleasure to deal with, and is highly recommended. Another customer used their service to clean out an outside drain line. The team kept them updated on delays and was upfront on pricing. Zach was an excellent plumber who completed work in a timely manner. Zac from the company was terrific, arriving on time the same day. He evaluated the problem and gave options. With the help of Patrick, they did a great job, cleaned up, and took questions. Between a reasonable price and great service, they are highly recommended for any plumbing work.
This is the first time I’ve used there services, and I’m truly happy because this company is very honest; they only incur the expenses necessary for the repair—nothing more than that. Moreover, the technician, Zach is very polite and experienced. I’d give him a rating of 150 out of 100.
