I highly recommend Shawn Pappas for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. He installed my new hot water heater quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Shawn responded promptly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the installation process.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He carefully laid down drop cloths to protect the area and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. As an added convenience, he even took away an old sump pump for disposal.
