Our basement flooded for the first time last week. We decided to replace our 2003 sump pump and add a water backup sump pump. We called Jeffrey Plumbing based on their reviews. We couldn’t be happier. Came the next day, gave us our estimate and hired them on the spot. Our technician Matt was very personable and explained everything to us. He cleaned everything up too. They will be our go to plumber!
Jeffrey Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. After my basement severely flooded through the sewer line clean -out pipe damaging everything including my hot water tank, Jeff came out to assess repair solutions. This morning- the very next morning - Matt arrived to replace the hot water tank and install a new expansion plug for the sewer line clean-out pipe. In a few weeks, they will be here again to install a backwater valve which should be the solution to prevent this type of flooding through the sewer line. Very responsive, fast, and professional! Had an issue with sump pump noise, gave a thorough inspection and recommendation to fix the issue. Stayed and tested multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend!
