Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities. Because of the adjustments he made in the tank and the removal of the impediment, the toilet now flushes better than ever.“
