“Had them remove a garbage disposal from under the kitchen sink. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. They actually put "booties" on when they walked into the house and removed them when they had to run back to their work truck. Very respectful. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. The price paid was a bit higher than quoted (quote was given sight unseen via phone), as there was a slight adjustment that had to be made to the piping. All in all a pleasant, not grossly overpriced job. Highly recommended.“

“We had water bubbling out of our septic vent pipe outside whenever we flushed the toilet. I called Aurora Plumbing first thing in the morning and someone was there by 11:30am. Our serviceman was great. He ended up being at our house for just about 3 hours. He did not stop working until he figured out the issue. Very pleased with his hard work and dedication to help us out! “No problems with the work, but very expensive in my opinion. $300 to replace a bathroom sink faucet, literally a 30 minute job....Update...lol...except for the fact that the only quote you gave me was for the $70 service call. I know what it takes to replace the bthrm sink fixture, so I stand by my review of $300 for 30 minutes is extremely expensive.“

“I originally contacted LJ Construction to get an estimate on replacing my roof. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. All of the workers were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up every night and did a great job. Lucas came and checked their work and made sure that I was happy. I then saw that they did bathroom and kitchen remodels. I had him give me a quote to install a totally new bathroom. I felt the quote was reasonable and I now have beautiful new bathroom! All of the workers were friendly, polite and SKILLED. They cleaned up every night and were very responsive to any requests I had. It was a joy to work with everyone. “Clarence, NY - New Home built 11/2018-11/2019. Benzinger hired by builder to do the plumbing, including hot water tank. Completed 2-1/2 baths, sub pump, pre-plumbed basement for future finishing. Work was expertly done. Very neat. I used copper plumbing. PVC used for drains, waste and vent lines. Solder (sweat) joints are very neat. Fixtures properly installed. No call backs. No leaks, no drips. Work crews were very neat and well trained. If and when I need additional plumbing completed I would hire Benzinger without any hesitation.“
