“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Liu for about 3yrs now. She is great, very attentive and very informative. Dr. Liu is a great PCP. She is knowledgeable and always provides me with the best care. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting time is long. You usually wait for 30minutes to 1hr.“

“Dr. Justin Chen was thorough when he did a physical check to determine the cause of my Nay’s hip pain. What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.

Doctors who do not delegate calls to inform their patients regarding blood test results, like Dr. Chen and my PCP, undoubtedly distinguish themselves from the rest of their counterparts!Nowadays, they are rare!!

Before having consulted with Dr. Chen, I concluded that my PCP was the only doctor who calls to convey test results. My PCP belongs to my baby boomers’ generation. Dr. Chen is generations younger; hence, he’s a gem of a find in my book!“

Cons: I did not receive the usual reminder call beforehand. A bigger and clearer sign in the parking lot at the paystation showing the parking cost would be very useful. An older couple I encountered had difficulty and got stuck at the exit.“

“Dr. England is an amazing PCP- Physician with years of expertise and above and beyond bedside manners.
My brother, who has a history of diabetes and hyperglycemia tendencies fell in love with Dr. England day one.

Dr. England was able to diffuse my brothers phantom pains that he was having during a sonogram. Dr. England, Presence calmed my brother down so much that the technician was able to complete the service within a half an hour.

Dr. England and his staff engages with their client to understand that their history and act accordingly.
