“Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold.”
