“I had been searching for a GYN for quite some time, and honestly, I reached a point where I couldn’t put it off any longer because I was in absolute agony from a yeast infection (sorry if that’s TMI!). I ended up choosing this office somewhat urgently, and I am so glad I did.

From the neighborhood and exterior, you honestly wouldn’t expect such a calming, beautiful interior—it was such a pleasant surprise walking in. The intake process with the MA was incredibly thorough, which immediately made me feel like I was in good hands.

My provider was Jacqueline, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She made me feel so comfortable, at ease, and genuinely cared for—it honestly felt like I was talking to an old girlfriend rather than being at a medical appointment. I don’t know if I’ve ever actually enjoyed a GYN visit before, but like they say there’s a first time for everything!

My therapist, Dr. Valentina Fan, is incredibly kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable about muscle recovery and strengthening. She took the time to guide me through every exercise and made sure I understood how to build and protect my core muscles properly.

The staff at Reddy Care are also very friendly and helpful, especially with scheduling appointments. I attended therapy twice a week for about two months, and the results have been amazing. My back pain is gone, and I learned so much about maintaining my strength and preventing future injuries.

“Dr. Justin Chen was thorough when he did a physical check to determine the cause of my Nay’s hip pain. What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.

Doctors who do not delegate calls to inform their patients regarding blood test results, like Dr. Chen and my PCP, undoubtedly distinguish themselves from the rest of their counterparts!Nowadays, they are rare!!

Before having consulted with Dr. Chen, I concluded that my PCP was the only doctor who calls to convey test results. My PCP belongs to my baby boomers’ generation. Dr. Chen is generations younger; hence, he’s a gem of a find in my book!“

“If you’re in need of physical therapy, I can’t say enough about Henry at the Reddy Care Physical and Occupational Therapy in Bayside. After years of physical therapy at various establishments with good therapists, I can honestly say that I haven’t had a physical therapist as great as Henry in a long time. Henry is patient, understanding, caring, attentive to each individual’s needs but most impressive is how he thinks on his feet in an instant. If something that worked yesterday isn’t working today, he modifies it in a blink of an eye. So you’re still getting that exercise in, just in a different way that can be tolerated.
