Wow, the team of professionals at this office was by far the best of any other medical treatment facility that I have ever had to be seen by. From the first person you see at the check in window to the the very last person in the treatment process, everyone was amazingly friendly and just made you feel like you were one of their personal friends. The way that the team put my mind at ease for a procedure was awesome. Dr Yusupov is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in his profession. I've been to many audiology doctors in my time and he is definitely the best that I have ever seen. This review is long overdue. I was treated by Dr Yusupov years ago. He was thorough in his examination of my hearing. His treatment plan with the help of hearing aids was appropriate and I have been hearing well for years since treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Yusupov and Universal Hearing.
