“Columbia TKD is an excellent, family-focused martial arts studio. There have been so many benefits for both me and my family, that I am sad that I didn't start before. For starters, as an adult, it has been a great experience to meet great people, and get back in shape. Very happy with my progress under the Masters, and think that they are some of the most well-rounded in the area. The best part, however, is seeing my 7 year old go from being very shy and apprehensive, to more confident and focused than she ever has been. Her growth from this experience has been irreplaceable. Not only is she learning how to defend herself at a young age, but she's gaining more life skills that I see carry over into both school and home.
