We had the unfortunate duty of contacting Parker Brothers regarding the imminent death of an infant. They were Absolutely wonderful with us. Took time to listen to our story and helped us feel validated with some extremely hard decisions. Parker Brothers will always have a special place in my family's hearts.
Dear Michael, I can’t thank you enough. From the first frantic call to you Saturday morning until today you and the staff have been amazing. You made one of the most horrid time in our lives manageable and brought such a sense of peace and even got a bit of our crazy Irish humor. Mom looked so peaceful, everyone commented on how lovely she was. The services were everything she would have wanted. While we hope not to have to see you again any time soon it gives me a sense of peace to know that you are there should we need you again. Thank you for everything. I can’t imagine going anywhere else during our time of need. The family of Kitty Kimball.
