She also had samples shipped to our house that we could keep. Not pushy at all but responsive - we were back and forth a few times pickup up and dropping off samples until we found what we liked. The contract, measurement, and installation process was easy. We are love our new carpet and we would not hesitate to go back to Madison for any future needs.“
