I’m so thrilled with McBride. I belonged to another veterinarian office and my poor Yorkshire terrier, Winnie was in great distress. He was having an issue with his nose. When he would sneeze blood would come out. My vet asked me to pickup ointment for Winnie’s nose even though I pleaded for him to be seen. They said they were booked for two weeks. I started calling around other vets since I was not satisfied with the answer. Several said since he wasn’t a patient he could not be seen. I called McBride on a Friday they ASKED. What’s going on. I hope this review finds the owner of McBride Animal Hospital. This morning I arrived at McBride right as they opened. My dog was so sick and with his age I thought it was time for me to say goodbye. When I walked in I was greeted by Nicole and Maddie from customer service. I told Maddie my dog was very ill and I wasn’t sure if he could make it. She called the doctor immediately and informed Dr. Schnier. While I waited Maddie and Nicole not only comforted my dog and assured me my dog would be ok but they gave me reassurance that my dog would be ok as well. The staff here are so wonderful and treated both me and my dog with the utmost care. My dog Moody was attacked by another dog and McBride was able to see him the very next morning for stitches. They were very patient with me and my very many questions, as well as being so patient with Moody as he’s not very fond of the vet. They were great through his whole recovery and let me know all my options at every appointment.
I didn’t catch her name but one receptionist in particular was so sweet and stayed and talked with me while I was struggling at his appt.
