He told me everything he was going to do, he did what he promised, asked me to inspect his finished work, touched up one small thing for me, then cleaned up all his tools and one little water drip and went on his way. He worked so fast that he charged me less than the estimate. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
