Derek Doll and the team at Doll Electric did an excellent job for us. They were reliable, showed up when they said they would, communicated well throughout the project, and worked seamlessly with our construction schedule without ever holding things up.
The work was done professionally and they were always responsive whenever we had a question or needed something addressed. It was refreshing to work with a contractor who followed through and made their portion of a larger project easy to manage.
Very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would absolutely use Doll Electric again and highly recommend them.
When I initially contacted Doll, Derek came out to provide the estimate and was honest, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. The final price matched the estimate, and everything that was discussed was completed as promised.

Not only is Derek at Doll Electric my favorite electrician I’ve worked with, he may be my favorite technician period. Extremely transparent and thorough with both his communication and his work, and also went out of his way to educate me on options for repairs. Will certainly be using him again when necessary and would recommend him to anyone in WNY.
