Wonderful experience. Brittany provided great service. She helped us select a number of samples from the showroom and we were able to take them home. She also had samples shipped to our house that we could keep. Not pushy at all but responsive - we were back and forth a few times pickup up and dropping off samples until we found what we liked. The contract, measurement, and installation process was easy. We are love our new carpet and we would not hesitate to go back to Madison for any future needs.
My wife and I wanted a new back splash on our kitchen counter and a new floor for the kitchen and dining room and decided to go to Madison Floor & Bath. Turned out to be the best decision ever. The amount of tile and flooring is amazing and the staff are the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and professional people around. They got us scheduled and even got us in earlier for the back splash. Frank, the gentleman who installed the back splash, did a perfect job, from beginning to end with attention to detail.
