“In my search for Yoga and Pilates classes in Nyack, I came across Soul Flyte Yoga Studio. I was happy about the content on their website - it was very detailed and informative plus the reviews were very good, which helped solidify my decision on visiting this studio. There were other things that piqued my interest, such as the ease of booking classes online. Yup, the class schedule is on their website where all the classes are displayed with the instructor and times. The communication with the studio was also good.I took advantage of the new client offer which consists of 4 classes for only $66. I had my first class (Cardio Pilates) today with Liz and it was absolutely amazing! The tempo was just right and I was able to go at my own pace. The studio was clean and the atmosphere was just calm and welcoming. I am happy to say that I completed my first ever Cardio Pilates class and it was awesome! I will definitely be a regular at the studio and look forward to the other classes - Pilates and Barre.I'll update this review with pics soon ?“
“I had an amazing experience! I was almost 2 full weeks overdue with my baby. I went to try to do acupuncture to go into labor naturally before being induced. Within 24 hours I went into labor! Emily was a valuable source of information leading up to and during the birth -- including giving us tips when the baby was still breech at 28 weeks, helping us decide how to navigate the induction process when I went past my due date, and providing advice on how to manage pain without an epidural during a much faster than expected progression of labor. I pulled my neck during labor, and Emily gave me a postpartum massage which felt great and seemed to help speed my recovery.Emily is organized, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. “I can't say enough good about ProClinix in Tarrytown! I came to Adam for help with my shoulder following surgery. I was in the midst of chemotherapy treatments. Adam not only fixed my shoulder (it feels better than it has felt since I was in high school), he helped me through my cancer treatment. Every other medical professional I saw was dedicated to helping me beat cancer, but the process was disempowering and nothing within it was designed to help me feel better. He was invested in helping me reclaim the life I wanted and to be able to do the things that matter to me, including playing the violin. Physical therapy was a bright light for me in this time, enabling me to have a tangible impact in how I felt and even in what my future life would look like. It was very empowering.
