“Respect, flexibility and attentive care are at the forefront of this practice. DPT Irene is very caring and always provides comprehensive evaluation and follow-up and the female PT Assistant Sam is kind, patient and friendly.There is a male DPT Aldin who also serves evening patients and is quite friendly. The facility is easy to find, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere with upbeat music and a clean bathroom and lockers. Their schedules are never dramatic even during peak slots and I can easily schedule follow up visits over the phone without long wait times. Only feedback I would give is sometimes the front desk does not send a reminder of my visit the day before like other clinics and it might be hard for someone who is forgetful or does not keep track of how many sessions they have pending.”
