On time appointments and responsive, friendly front desk. The PT provided challenging exercises that I will do on my own. He is informative about my condition and treatment, gave professional care.
Dr. Kapadia is the best! During my first PT consultation he really listened to my concerns, and was very thoughtful and thorough in describing what was causing my knee pain and how we were going to treat it. He’s also just incredibly nice - and when you have to wake up early to go to PT several times a week it makes a difference when your provider is really personable.
I have had a great experience here working with Dr. Hetarth Kapadia’s and Chandana. They both display great knowledge and expertise. Chandana is the kindest, and most warm hearted person you can work with. They are both very attentive and personable. I went in with increased pain on both knees and a few weeks later my pain has decreased significantly. Dr. Kapadia makes it a great and positive environment while treating. They are very upbeat and delightful to work with. I leave each visit feeling great both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this place.
