I had a previous injury to my left ankle back in 2008 which was not properly cared for. Years later and being 60 years old, it has led to damage to my left knee with multiple tears and sprain in my left knee with pain up to my left hip. I have been to multiple places for PT over the years. This year, I received PT with the most excellent care from Dr Sarah Sinson at Optum. She is knowledgeable and very skilled yet kind, caring, and compassionate. The one on one therapy with her is the best I have ever experienced. I came in today to get physical therapy done for my very painful and tense , shoulder and hands but thanks to PT Janaki Patel , my muscles are a lot less sore and i will definitely be back. She was very sweet and professional, PT Janaki Patel asked about my concerns and condition with great detail and helped me massively.
Respect, flexibility and attentive care are at the forefront of this practice. DPT Irene is very caring and always provides comprehensive evaluation and follow-up and the female PT Assistant Sam is kind, patient and friendly.There is a male DPT Aldin who also serves evening patients and is quite friendly. The facility is easy to find, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere with upbeat music and a clean bathroom and lockers. Their schedules are never dramatic even during peak slots and I can easily schedule follow up visits over the phone without long wait times.
