Spear PT East 56th was an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. I had very bad hip bursitis, and completed a comprehensive 8 week program which made me feel a lot better. Any time I had a question, they were incredibly responsive. For all of your rehab needs, I encourage you to contact them. 10/10 rating.
I was at Spear PT under the guidance of Andrele Reyes. The team, equipment and quality of advice is all top notch. Highly recommend Spear, they helped me a lot with my shoulder injury and developing strength over time.
I’ve been working with Dave Endres at S.P.E.A.R. since 2005, when I blew out my knee. After ACL surgery, Dave introduced me to active fitness during my recovery. Since then, Dave and I have worked through 2 spinal surgeries; now we’re onto “frozen shoulders”.Going to S.P.E.A.R. And working with Dave has brought me to a higher level of fitness than I ever imagined. Dave brings out my Inner Jock. Working with Dave and his team brings me joy.
