“Excellent Service! I called Richmond Plumbing and they were able to have a plumber to me in 20 mins. My faucet did not have water coming through. Tyler and Joe showed up and did an estimate since I needed a new faucet and I did not have one. They were honest and did not charge me until I had the faucet and made a new appointment. When the new faucet arrived, they came, switched it out along with replacing my turn off valve that was not working. They stayed within the estimate and did an amazing job. They were honest, thorough and even cleaned up! I will definitely use them again!“

“Called Anthony around 5 PM and told him that our hot water heater was leaking. He said he would come over after dinner, if he had our model in stock. He called back and said he won't be able to come over until tomorrow morning because he needed the heater delivered to us tomorrow morning. His brother came over around 7:30 AM and Anthony was over around 8 AM. They had to wait a while for the delivery of the tank, but they still completed the job by 9 AM. Excellent response time and service. Great price. Recommend them highly.“
