“My heat stopped working recently and I called a couple of HVAC places. Phil’s was the first one to get back to me. He was courteous and knew his stuff. He asked me to look at the filters before he came out. He said if they were really dirty it could be one of the reasons it’s not working. He mentioned that furnaces have a limit switch that monitors the temperature. If air was not passing through freely it could set off the limit switch, which shuts down your system to prevent it from overheating. It turns out after replacing the filter, the heat came back on. Phil was so helpful and saved me a lot of money I’m sure. There just aren’t many honest people out there anymore, but Phil is one of them. He’s very experienced and seems to care about people.“

I purchased a proline model A/O Smith water heater, probably the only thing I would have done differently had I known that I could have was purchased a proline master or proline xe. I would not hesitate to recommend precise plumbing to anyone.Unfortunately 5 years into a 10 year water heater the unit went bad. Then 4 months into another AO Smith water heater that one went bad. Looking back 5 years later now and a couple of thousand dollars later. I wouldn’t recommend an AO Smith water heater!“
