My husband and I have been buying our glasses here for 8+ years and love their selection, quality and especially their phenomenal customer service! We've bought numerous pairs of trifocals, bifocals, sunglasses and prescription computer glasses. Although our insurance isn't accepted, the cost is still far less than buying elsewhere. Opticians here, including Josh Arnold, are patient, honest, explain things thoroughly and are super helpful! We are very thankful for the great products, service and support here and highly recommend.

Brian is great at what he does! What should have been a normal 5 min fix took hours because it was so bad. But Brian wouldn't give up, figured it out and got all my stuff back, which seemed to be an impossible task. Couldn't be happier and will 100% be using again if ever in the need

My son sat in Mar's chair today for the first time and we had the BEST experience. My son has very difficult cowlicks, and Mar took her time creating a cut that would look amazing on him! Before he got up from the chair she made sure that he was happy, and I was happy as his parent. We've found our spot!!

Jeannie is very personable and friendly. Her rates are fair and she did a great job on my beard. This is the first time I have let a professional trim my beard as it has to be just right for portraying Santa.

I called Louis and Brandon for a project that we started that became too much for us. They came out, looked at it and gave a very reasonable price. They squeezed me into their schedule and worked a Saturday and Sunday to get it done. They did exactly what they said they would do, were on time and the project came out beautiful. Joe was absolutely wonderful. We have two gas heaters that weren't working. One of which has never worked. He was here for around 30 minutes and was able to get everything fully up and running. Highly recommend!

You know it was a good experience when a project is finished and you realize you miss having the crew around your house that did the job. This was our experience with Chad after he finished a backyard patio project at our home recently.
From start to finish Chad was great with communication, execution, and handling obstacles that arose during the process. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work done and love the patio. We would recommend Chad to anyone looking to make hardscape/landscape improvements to their property and felt his prices to be very fair and worthy of the value received.

Zales has been a phenomenal business partner for us as a new Chick-fil-A in Brockport! This company did a great job taking down my trees in the backyard. They did an awesome job cleaning up when they were done not a branch or twig left in the yard. The guys are nice and great to work with. I highly recommend this company.
We have had Oakes remove 5 trees so far. The crew is very professional. There clean up is top notched. 2 of the trees where over 60 foot tall and close to my house. They removed them and never touched the house. We will be hiring them again to remove 1 more.

They were able to reschedule my appointment the day before appointment dueto money issues. When I went to appointment with my dog they were extremely nice. They were understanding of low money. Offered FOA I fo to help pay for fixing my dog, explained what was and wasn't covered with FOA payment certificate. They explained what was needed to happen prior to appointment. They also let me remain in the room while I sent my dogs vaccination records to them, telling me when they received my email. I will be going back to get my dog fixed, and more.
We drive 45 minutes to bring out dog here. When we first adopted her we called around to find somewhere that cared and was affordable. These guys check the boxes, that's why we continue to make the long drive.
