We have used Tropical Carpet Cleaning for 19 years for our business location, and also our home. Jay always does a fabulous job and works around our crazy schedules. Highly recommend for business and residential cleaning.

My elderly mother needed to move quickly to Assisted Living, and the facility required her electric lift chair to be professionally cleaned first. Of course, it was a holiday weekend. JAY came to our rescue! He squeezed us in on the 2nd day after the holiday, gave an ETA of 11-11:30, a quote, the expected dry time, all the details we needed. On Cleaning Day, JAY arrived promptly at 11:00 and got right to work on Mom's chair. He also cleaned the armrest covers, and the foam cushion at no extra charge! Not realizing he's the owner, I gave him a tip and told him not to tell the boss. He laughed, explained his position, and promised to keep 'our' secret. Jay saved our sanity....read full review

Jay and his son did an amazing job and are always very professional. They listen to the customers needs and always deliver. As always our carpets looked brand new. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
