“After realizing the previous owner of our house had the 60ft deck installed without flashing, we realized we had major rot problem on our hands. We called everyone we could and everyone (including John) was booked for months. John offered to come by and take a look anyway as did a few others. John was the only one who came as promised. He took the time to walk my husband through the different scenarios and wrote up a professional quote and contract. Knowing we were in a bad situation, John worked us in immediately. He is genuine and knowledgeable. He tidied up at the end of the day. He answered all my numerous questions. In a world filled with people just trying to get the job done, it is obvious that he takes pride in his work and in his ability to “make it right”. We are only 1 day in on the job and he already has demonstrated more follow through and communication than anyone I’ve ever worked with. Will update when the job is done. Extremely impressed so far.“

“I'm extremely happy with Stellar. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and thorough. Ryan spent well over an hour with me explaining all the components of the new roof in detail. My project manager, Cruz Mendoza, and job foreman, Luis, were wonderful to work with. They took hundreds of progress photos so I could see all the hidden layers and protections under the shingles. They completed the job in a single day and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards. My new roof looks amazing!“

“Dan and his workers did an amazing job removing the chimney/fireplace and repairing the foundation that the previous contractor 20 plus years ago broke through to install the fireplace insert, which no one knew they did till after the chimney was removed they also had to repair the peek of the house that the previous contractor cut to put the chimney in, he also had to replace some siding where the chimney was all in all i would definitely highly recommend Dan and his crew for your needed work and we would use him again if needed.“

I told the owner what I was looking for and the end result I wanted and they took care of everything I had asked. All of the workers were polite and very neat with thier work. “Quick response to my phone message, came after hours and that was a real surprise. After describing problem, a well explained quote was provided and an appointment was set for first thing Monday morning ( I called on Friday).Worker arrived early, did a quick check, we discussed options for fixing the problem. I requested the most up to date solution on the market instead of a more traditional repair. Worker had to go and get the parts as there were none on the truck. Returned shortly and facilitated the repair quickly.Price was within estimate even though I requested upgraded parts.Very happy with the service and repair so far, will know more after our next rain.“
