Pristine House Washing

Pat was a referral from a friend who has also hired him in the past, and I am so glad I found him! He has recently helped me with some house projects and I am planning on booking another project with him in the Spring. He is very professional, tidy, and respectful when inside my home, which I appreciate so much. He removes his shoes upon entering, which is something that not many service providers/technicians do or offer to do anymore. This review is long overdue, but I have to share my experience with Pat from start to finish. Pat was quick to return my call and with a few pieces of information he was able to provide an estimate that was about half of the other 2 quotes I received. He understood and encouraged that I get additional estimates and was able to put me on his schedule within several days. Pat and his son (Cody?) showed up early on a Sunday and completed the job cleaning my 2-story house with vinyl siding in about an hour. We had Pat come out who was very knowledgeable on our 100 year old aluminum house, including the oxidation process that has already started on our house and what he would be able to do with it and where the rust stains were coming from. He was able to get rust removed and did an amazing job! Price was reasonable and the house looks awesome!
