“Had a wonderful experience with Kevin B on multiple projects. He was friendly, efficient and worked with me to get the projects done quickly and smoothly. He was even willing to answer some questions I had that were outside the scope of the project. Highly recommend!”
“Rich and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. Rich was very professional and honest with what needed to be done. His crew was punctual and reliable. I would not hesitate to give him a call with any of your exterior needs.”
“I am the landlord and the person who hired Becker Glass Block to install the windows at this property. I need to correct the false information being posted here.
The tenants were given notice that the window installation was taking place. During the incident, the tenants called RPD and reported that people were breaking in and that they were getting ready to load their guns. They later admitted directly to RPD, in front of us, that they made the statement about the guns because they wanted the police to arrive faster. RPD was present and confiscated a firearm from the tenants.
The tenant entered the basement, threw mortar/cement at Craig, and attempted to throw a Christmas tree box through the basement window at him. That is how she injured/bruised her arm. Craig did not attack her. He handled the situation extremely professionally, did not retaliate, and ultimately left the property so the situation could de-escalate.
Becker Glass Block was hired by me, not my tenant. They were there with my authorization to perform scheduled work on my property. I am extremely happy with the work they have completed. The windows are beautiful, and I absolutely love them.
I deeply apologize to Craig and Becker Glass Block for being dragged into this situation simply for doing the work they were hired to do. The accusations being made against Craig are extremely serious and are not true. RPD was present during this incident, so thankfully this was not a situation that occurred without independent law-enforcement presence.
I fully stand behind Becker Glass Block and would absolutely recommend them. Craig showed an incredible amount of restraint and professionalism in a situation that never should have escalated to this level.”
