There’s such an amazing atmosphere at this salon, every single stylist is accepting and welcoming and will talk to you regardless of whose chair you’re in. You can tell the vibe here is they’re all like a family, and while they all have their own specialities and careers, they aren’t afraid to bounce questions/pro tips off each other.
On top of the bomb atmosphere, the sheer ✨ART✨ that comes out of this salon is incredible. The vivid work is of course insane! While I have a more natural color now, Jordan herself has mermaid-ed me a few times, and not a day went by where I didn’t get a compliment on my hair color (for MONTHS after each session too, their vivids lasttttt).
My hair is very difficult to manage; it’s wavy, coarse, and there’s a ton of it. I leave every appointment feeling like a new person with smooth and manageable hair. On top of Jordan working magic, she also explains everything and gives tips for at-home care in a way that’s easy to understand.

Lisa was a fabulous stylist! I got a long-overdue chic haircut with thinning and just the right amount of layers and face-framing, lifting years off me. My daughter got the same + she planned for a balayage. But Lisa expertly explained why a coloring would be best suited for the desired effect. Which turned out fabulous indeed! I have been coming to this nail salon for 16 years. Sonny the owner and his wife are so accommodating and Sonny is the best nail tech ever. He has excellent attention to detail. My nails never break, and I have pink and white French acrylics. His prices are very reasonable and he and his wife treat you like family when you walk in. A new set is $50 and still the cheapest and best place for your nails both on your hands and feet.

The first time I got a pedicure here, it was amazing. My nails looked great and the whole experience was so relaxing. The second time, well, I am going to have to redo my nails because I cannot go to a wedding with them looking the way they do. They’re not evenly cut or filed, and the paint doesn’t even go to the edge of some nails. I would go again, but only to the first artist I had.

The second I sat in her chair her warm energy took away any sense of worry I had. I was blown away at the shampoo bowl with the relaxing head massage , conditioning mask and hot towel that they provide you with during your wash. She paid attention to detail during the hair cut and we shared great stories and conversations we both related too. Sam has been by lash artist for two years now! She makes me feel like the most beautiful girl in the WORLD!! She is always on time, she’s caring and so, SO sweet. Truly makes you feel welcome and safe with her sanitary procedure and meticulous nature. She does my lashes, wax (body and face), eyebrows (wax, shape and tint) and advises me on the heat products to use for my skin! My personal favorite are the lash extensions and brow tinting. I am very, very particular with what I want! She does the lashes exactly how I want them every time. All types of her sets are pristine, but Her mega volume sets are BOMB. This time I chose to go with a volume set as I wanted something a little different. I also asked her to shape and tint my brows. I wanted to stay as close to the brow with the tint as possible, but she’s created a totally different brow look with tint and I LOVED that, as well! Their services go far beyond just the day of; they assisted in a hair trial for my other (who was worried about her thinning hair and what kind of style to choose) and did two different makeup trials with me to ensure that I got the perfect look for our special day. I had a hvac system installed at my mom’s home. I couldn’t be there but the technicians were on time and did a professional installation. Communication and response time was excellent from the initial call to post install follow up. Also very important, they treated my elderly mom with respect by cleaning up, explaining everything they had done and just being nice! There was no hesitation when I later needed some plumbing work done for my new washing machine. Great group of people, trust them in my home to do a great job.

Paul came to my house for a refrigerator problem and dishwasher problem. Took the refrigerator apart and found it needed a new computer board, so we decided we were better off getting a new fridge. The dishwasher he discovered was just a loose wire which he fixed. He was confident, reasonable, efficient, trustworthy and honest! I am glad I checked out his reviews and chose him. I highly recommend him and I know who to call again if I need a repair man.

Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.

Recently I had a flowing crabappletree trimmed and shaped by Tony Watsonof 518 CUT TREE. I am very pleased at the work that was done. Tony came when he said and trimmed branches that were pulling on power lines to the house and probably 5 yrs of overgrowth. He was very professional and explained everything he did. Love the whole team including the puppy who greets you. This office is a we-care office. I was made to feel comfortable from the door at intake and throughout the process. They always checked my comfort level and explained things as we went along. I felt like I was part of the process which is very important to me! I highly recommend Dr. Cara Hernas and team!! I finally found my dentist. My sister in law has been my dentist for years and traveling to Buffalo is just no longer practical. I felt right at home at The Tooth Fairy. You will too.

Dr. Mike is an amazing chiropractor! I have had issues with my neck for years and he always gets me feeling better. I also have issues with my knees and he has all kinds of treatment to help with that also. I treat with him once a month to maintain my issues. Skilled, professional! I’ve gone to Moon chiropractic and muscle therapy for several injuries. Recently a pinch nerve and have such relief. I’ve taking my children-athletes and received noticeable results. I’ve even gone for simply sleeping on a bad couch and needing back adjustment. Channon is easy to work with, skilled, listens and focuses on problem. I’ve never left without results.

I won a gift certificate for a Swedish massage and wow I'm glad I did! It was very easy to schedule as you can do it by phone or text message. Stephanie was my masseuse and I highly recommend her! She was careful to ask my preferences beforehand and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I dozed off for a few minutes because I was so relaxed. I will definitely return.
